Hunters' Dawn Chapter 2
Chapter 2
Shadows of Uncertainty
Once they had gotten into position, the world around them grew unimportant, almost like it simply seized to exist in the same moment they locked eyes. The half a dozen dragons -including Veron- sat at the stone walls of the temple around them to watch became a mere detail of the background, even the silver dragoness that was their combat teacher grew into nothing but another winged lizard present to observe their actions.
Both of the dragons assumed their routine stances, muscles tensed, teeth visible, ready to pounce forward at any given moment, only held back by the lack of a signal that would not keep the

Days of Innocence
The light of the sun that shined down on his face was what woke him from his shallow dreams. Slowly, his eyes tried to open up, only to immediately close again when they were blinded by the strength of the rays.
With a soft groan, the young teen gently rolled over to his side to turn away from the light. Almost every muscle inside commanded him to resume his sleep and shut off again. Even though the male had gone to bed early the day prior, his body still felt tired and exhausted, like the hours of sleep before had never happened. He really hadn't slept well.
He never slept well.

Hunters' Dawn Prologue
Even the moon had abandoned their accursed hunt that night.
Like a bad omen, it had hidden behind the clouds that blocked out the night sky and enveloped the empty fields below in pitch black darkness; leaving the pawns of the Dark One shrouded in the black void that they had found life in so long ago, with only the silent wind to accompany them on their journey.
They wondered if this had been the doing of the Abyss-father, perhaps to ensure they would not be caught in the fire before they could full fill their purpose, like so many of their brethren before them. But then again, it mattered little. Even if they were all wiped out by the Gua

Owen woke with a start. He couldn’t quite remember what his dream was about moments ago, but still the images of blood and death remained. As he threw away the sweat stained covers and swung his legs out of his bed he was panting heavily. He knew that this kind of dreams would haunt him for the rest of his life. He had heard stories of soldiers, who had gone insane over the time because they could not forget the images of what they had done and seen. Most of them ended up dead either shot by themselves or by the police after some crime. Owen knew that he would end the same if he didn’t get hims
Was about time I updated this I suppose. Well, what is there really to say about me? I'm fantasy enthusiast, a passionate writer, and I enjoy a good story as much as the next guy. This account isn't really in use anymore, I took my leave off this website quite a while ago. I still check in with it every now and then so I will see messages in case you decide to send me any.
Most of the work you'll find in my gallery is long outdated by now, though I can't quite get myself to delete them for nostalgia reasons I suppose. I'm always up for a chat, and open to meet new people to talk to. Just be weary of the fact the response here might not come immediatly, seeing as I already mentioned above how I only check in on this page every odd now and then.
